INGREDIENTS:
8 boiled potatoes
1 stalk of celery
q.s. chopped chives
1/2 sliced red onion
1 can of meagre
2 tbsp. of yogurt
1 tsp. of mayonnaise
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, add the halved potatoes, add the chopped celery, onion, yogurt, mayonnaise and a little chives. Mix everything.
Open the can of meagre, drain the olive oil and remove the fillets.
Place a serving bowl with the potato salad and place the meagre fillets on top, garnish with more chopped chives.
