1 lata de sardinha
Pasta miso
Wasabi
Sementes sésamo
Sal
Pimenta vermelha japonesa

PREPARAÇÃO:

Fazer uma omolete fina
Barrar com pasta de miso aquecida e wasabi
Enrolar as ardinhas com a omolete barrada
Cortar e decorar com sementes de sésamo, sal e pimenta japonesa moída.
