INGREDIENTES:

1 lata de sardinha fumada
Caldo de ramen
Algas frescas
Sementes de sésamo
Ovos
Óleo de sésamo
Noodles de arroz

PREPARAÇÃO:

Aquecer e ferver o caldo de ramen
cozer o ovo 5 minutos
escaldar os noodles no caldo
juntar as sardinhas e algas
o ovo cozido
colocar as sementes
