TRUTA, PASTA DE AZEITONA E OREGÃOS

INGREDIENTES: 

2 latas de Filetes de Truta fumada em azeite

300 g azeitona preta, s/ caroço

3 dentes de alho

15ml azeite

Sumo de 1/2 limão

1 colher de sopa de oregãos

q.b. sal e pimenta

q.b. fatias de pão torrado

PREPARAÇÃO:

Coloque num processador as azeitonas, o alho, oregãos, o azeite, o sumo de limão, o sal, a pimenta e triture tudo até formar uma pasta.

Espalhe a pasta de azeitonas sobre as torradas de pão, e disponha por cima os filetes de truta.
