WATERMELON GAZPACHO AND GIANT SQUIDS

INGREDIENTS:

1 can of Octopus and Giant Squids in olive oil
400g of watermelon
1 ripe tomato
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cucumber cut into cubes
125 ml of olive oil
25ml apple cider vinegar

PREPARATION:

Open the can of octopus and giant squid, drain and remove the pieces. Cut them into small pieces and set aside. Reserve.

Cut all the vegetables into pieces except the cucumber.

Place the vegetables (except the cucumber) in a blender and add the oilve oil and vinegar.

Blend everything until you get a cream.

Pass everything through a strainer and refrigerate.

Pour into glasses to serve. On top place the pieces of giant squid and octopus, and the cubes of cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and serve very fresh.
