1 can of tuna fillets in olive oil 1 passion fruit 4 crackers q.s. chopped chives
1 can of tuna fillets in olive oil
1 passion fruit
q.s. chopped chives
2 red chilli peppers
1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 garlic clove
33ml of Water
113g of Sugar
20ml of Vinegar
In a blender, grind the chilli, onion, garlic, and water until a fine texture is obtained. Then, put the mixture in a pan and add the sugar, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Let it boil and then reduce the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes. Let cool and set aside.
Open the can of tuna fillets, drain the oil and remove the tuna fillets. Set aside.
Place some of the chili jam on one of the crackers. Arrange pieces of tuna fillets on top and then a little of the passion fruit pulp. Garnish with chopped chives.
