INGREDIENTS:
1 can of Sea Bass in olive oil
2 boiled sweet potatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp of chopped parsley
juice of 1 lemon
q.s. olive oil
q.s. paprika
q.s. salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Place the cooked potatoes in a pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, chopped coriander and parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mash the potatoes with a fork, involving the herbs, if necessary add more oil. Set aside.
Open the can of sea bass, drain a little of the sauce and set aside.
On a plate display the mashed potatoes, with the sea bass fillets on top.
Drizzle everything with lemon juice and sprinkle with paprika.
