2 cans of cod
q.s. basil leaves for garnish
50g olive oil
15g Parmesan cheese, in pieces
1/2 clove of garlic
10g pine nuts or walnuts
25g basil leaves
q.s. salt and pepper
Combine all the ingredients for the pesto in a blender. Grind everything to a paste, season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Set aside.
Open the cod cans, remove the cod pieces and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the spaghetti with the pesto and the cod pieces.
Serve garnished with basil leaves.
