INGREDIENTS:
2 cans of small garfish in spicy olive oil
400g of mashed potato
1/2 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
q.s. olive oil.
q.s. salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Start by drizzling olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and garlic and let it sauté for 6 minutes.
Add the can of small garfish and mix everything very well.
On an oven serving dish, place a layer of mashed potatos on the base, then a layer of the small garfish and more mashed potatoes on top.
Brush with whipped egg and bake at 180ºC until bubbly and golden brown.
