INGREDIENTS:
4 Wheat Tortillas (wholemeal – optional)
1 can of salmon
100g of vegetable mix:
– Carrot in julienne
– White cabbage in julienne
– Shredded lettuce
1 mango cut into strips
50ml of Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. of smoked paprika
2 limes
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the smoked paprika. Season with salt, pepper and juice of 1/4 of a lime. Reserve.
Open the canned salmon. Carefully remove the salmon and set aside.
Place a little of the vegetable mixture in the center of each tortilla, place the mango strips on top and then pieces of the canned salmon.
When serving, add a little yogurt on top.
Serve with lime juice to taste.
