1 can of european anchovy in spicy olive oil
q.s. olive oil
1 roasted red pepper
1 clove of garlic
q.s. spinach leaves
q.s. salt and pepper
4 slices of toasted bread
In a blender, place the roasted pepper, 1 clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper and grind everything by adding a little olive oil until you get a cream. Reserve. Open the can of european anchovy in spicy olive oil and drain the olive oil. Carefully remove the fillets and reserve the chillies.
Spread some red pepper cream on the bread. Arrange spinach leaves on top, then the anchovy, cover with the other half of the bread. Decorate with the chilli.
